Poi is a dynamic workout, a beautiful dance and a creative element endless in expression. Poi are weighted dance tools that are spun around the body in rhythmic patterns, when a light source is added the dance becomes an all encompassing art form full of personal expression. Add fire dance training and dance the night away!
