Level 1 - Hoop Dance Introduction
The Pixies offer an upbeat 2 hours where you will learn the basics of hoop spinning from professional Hooping Instructors. A perfect starter package to the powerful hula hooping experience. The workshop is perfect for beginner hoopers who want to spend the summer falling in love with their new Hoop!!

Level 2 - Hoop Dance Advanced
For more experienced hoopers looking to add complexity to their hoop practice. Focus is on more advanced hoop techniques and on incorporating more complex elements and synchronicity of moves. Expand foundational moves, adding energy through the use of angles, transitions, and multiple Hoops!! Learn to integrate the feet, head, and hands with music and self-expression.
